Return Policy

At DRC Mart, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It should be unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

  2. Once we approve your return request, please send the item to the return address we will provide.

Please note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and further instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at drcmart73@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom products (such as special orders).

  • Opened personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want a different product, the quickest way to get what you want is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
