Shipping within Kinshasa

  • We currently only ship within Kinshasa.

  • Average order processing time: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Average delivery time: 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • We do not offer free shipping.

  • Shipping charges are additional and will be calculated at checkout based on your order details.

Tracking Information

  • We provide tracking information for some orders, but it may not be available for all shipments.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if available.

Delivery Times

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen events outside our control.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, from 8 AM to 6 PM.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot change shipping addresses after an order is confirmed.
